SECTION 1: Guides

Purpose of Guides: 

• Designated under callsign Guide.
• Guide is an advisor role that assists/counsels leadership elements.
  • Guide is not a leadership position, cannot control elements.

SECTION 2: Operations

• Guides must monitor Short Range 049.000.
  • Additionally, they may monitor the elements Long Range and Short Range radio that they are attached to.
• Guides must attach to a leadership position in order to leave FOB.
  • Leadership positions: Guides may attach to 6-6, x-6, x-7, x-8, Squad Leaders and Stalker.
• Guides may only attach to a leadership element that they have passed the permission test for.
• Guides must prioritize attachment to leadership positions, but in the case of a request from specialty roles, may attach to them at their discretion.
  • Specialty Roles: Savage, Harpy, Wraith, and Goblin
• Guides may attach to an acting leadership position.
• Guides can be requested by pinging @Guide role in the discord.
• Guides do not carry firearms and cannot be harmed/killed.

SECTION 3: Disclaimer

• Guide roles are permission based.
  • Guides are not on a strike basis and can lose guide permissions at any time for any reason.
• Guides are not administrators and must follow the Server Rules and Standard Operating Procedures, failure to do so may result in loss of Guide permissions.
• Guides cannot issue direct orders; they may only advise.
