    SECTION 1: Company Command Elements

    1. Purpose of Company Commander
      • Designated under callsign Assassin 6-6.
      • Company Commander is responsible for every element in-game, including Platoon Leadership, CAS-CAP assets.
      • Responsible for designating an Area of Operation for every active element, coordinating its assets, managing reinserts and resupplies.

    SECTION 2: Operations

    1. Operating as Company Commander
      • Company Commander MUST have complete knowledge of all SOPs.
      • Company Commander must monitor Long Range 030.000, and Short Range 036.000 at all times.
      • It is HIGHLY recommended that Company Command monitor Long Range Tactical Air Direction (TAD) net 080.000.
      • Company Commander may control the company from the FOB, Operations Post, or deploy to the field as required for situational awareness.
        • If deploying into the field, it's imperative that Company Command remain as safe as possible to preserve the flow of operations using safe observation points, an armed vehicle for protection, or utilizing ISR assets to improve situational awareness.
      • Company Command can order the Company's overall strategic intent, but the tactical positioning of Assassin squads is under the Platoon Leaders authority.
      • Company Command has direct control over the tasking of Phantom.
        • Tasking for Phantom is transmitted over Company net 030.000.
          • In absence of Company Command, Platoon Leader has direct control over Phantom.
      • Company Command is required to follow #isr guidelines if posted or Admin Team direction.

    SECTION 3: Command Disclaimer

    1. Disclaimer
      • Company Command roles are permission-based and must be applied for.
      • Company Commander is not a designated forward observer.
      • If you are disconnecting while Company Command, you MUST advise other assets that you are doing so.
      • 2 strikes equal a loss of Company Command permissions. {you may reapply again for reinstating of permissions at the review of Community Staff}
        • Admin Team may remove your permissions at any time if they feel you are not performing well enough as a leader.
      • Company Command are NOT administrators.
      • Although Company Command has complete control over the company, they can NOT micromanage Assassin squads under the control of Platoon Leadership. {example: Company Command can NOT switch to 031.000 frequency and order 1-4 Squad to a new tasking}
      • Company Command can NOT authorize danger close fire missions but can overrule Platoon Leader(s) decision if felt necessary.
      • Command elements are an extremely difficult role to play. They are complicated and can lead to administrative action if played recklessly. Additionally, they carry a lot of responsibilities. If you do not feel capable of running command, get practice in other leadership positions before jumping in.
